Oz's background comes from 10 years in the Military and 20 years Law Enforcement with Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. Oz served on SWAT for 7 years, former P.O.S.T. Certified Firearms, Rifle and Building Clearing Instructor. In 2014 he served as the Lead Instructor at the Maricopa Regional SWAT School.
