Payment & Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Payment is due 7 days prior to class.
PLEASE NOTE: until payment is received your spot is not confirmed.
For a Private One-on-One or Private Group, payment is due upon Registration.
PUBLIC CLASSES: If 48 hours notice is given, 80% of class fee will be given as a credit for next class, otherwise no refunds.
ALL CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS, CREDITS ARE NOT REFUNDED
PRIVATE GROUP/ONE-ON-ONES CLASSES: 50% of the fee will be given as a credit to reschedule another private class or may be applied towards a public group class.
ALL cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
