Payment & Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Payment is due 7 days prior to class.
PLEASE NOTE: until payment is received your spot is not confirmed.
For a Private One-on-One or Private Group, payment is due upon Registration.
PUBLIC CLASSES: If 48-hour notice is given, payment will be refunded except for $30 fee, or your can apply it to your next class. ALL requests must be submitted by email.
PRIVATE GROUP/ONE-ON-ONES CANCELLATIONS: 50% of the fee will be given as a credit to reschedule another private class or may be applied towards a public group class.
ALL CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS, CREDITS ARE NOT REFUNDED
In the event of weather cancellation, you will receive a partial credit
(will be determined at the class) to apply to another class.
ALL cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
